Isn't it only 1 month included per notebook?
The 2 pack canvas style ones have 1 month. The full moleskine have 3 months. If not I just take them back

All this just for a notebook? I remember a bundle of 200 sheets of hilroys for a nickel on sale. This wasn't so long ago either.

It's about the branding and image. I know its superficial but it doesn't look very professional when you go to a meeting with a hilroy vs. a moleskine.

Thanks OP.

In for 4 of the smaller ones.

I have been using them for years to document the concerts I attend. I've been through about 9 books in 9 years.

This saves me some money. Cheers.

I've used many small notebooks over the years, you can't beat the Moleskine quality.

Moleskine is nothing like they used to be, they're still nice enough and at this price, a bargain. Like others said, things like leuchtturm1917 and Rhodia's paper quality feels much better, especially under a fountain pen

Why do you need a notebook when you have Onenote, Evernote, Google keep....

I like Moleskine, but to say Hilroy notebooks are not professional is indeed quite superficial...

I think taking down the required information is more important than the brand of notebook used.

There are fancier Hilroys just as there are less professional moleskine.

Thanks Op - I have never used Moleskine before (mainly due to price) but thought I'd give it a try and worst case scenario I use as future gifts.

Bought enough to get free shipping then paid via Paypal to get the YMMV $10 credit (here's the RFD thread for more info - paypal-targeted-10-credit-next-purchase ... l-2167999/)
Thanks for the remind
Gonna use the PayPal offer on this

Do the Evernote codes work? I got one and the sticker on the shrinkwrap says the expiry is extended to 12/31/16
