So, what do you figure?

1) EB Games $5 Friday

2) Dollarama $4 electronics rack

Time will tell...
Neither. It will sell out at $20.
Or until potential buyers realize what a fing steal it is at $30 let alone $20 for the hardware alone.

Tried to price match at Best Buy and was refused because they dont PM limiter quantity items. Went over to the in store pick up till where I put one on hold last night. Cashier there called the manager and he okayed it. They didn't do the 10% price difference even though I asked...cashier just said not for this. I wasnt going to argue over $1! Happy to get my 1 for $20.

Tried it at around 10:15 or something at The source in sherway gardens and cloverdale mall...How was it out of stock at both places......those stores open at 10AM!!!

Glad i had reserved it at best buy before leaving!! $30 bucks is still a good deal..plus its too easy to mod.

Won't even need to run around town and try to price match this and that. There will be 5000 on Kijiji for 10 bucks within a week or 2.

Autobleem mod took minutes to do, used a Kingston Data Traveler 16GB USB2 worked. Everything seems to be working, games work well but some hicups during intro videos and such. I wonder if the USB doesn't get enough power as it is rated for 200 mA and the port is only 100 mA, not sure but will see if OTG support from rear in the future will fix this or if changing to RetroArch or other emulators.

I'll play a $10 higher cost for non-cheetos dressed controllers.

I'll bet some of these end up on Kijiji for $15-20.

I can wait a year. LOL.

Tried to price match at Burlington but they refused since it was sold out online. I still think 30 dollars is a decent price for it. Lot of stock at the front of the store.

Walmart had no issues price matching as long as it was in stock locally at some Source. Didn’t stress over 10% at Best Buy. $20 was my magic price point.

USB3 has greater power requirements so that may not work any better.
Not really, backwards compatibility is good on USB 3.0/3.1. Also check out the cheaper and newer USB 3.1 key alternative.
