BEST BUY Shipped product pick up

HI all. I bought an item from best buy and the tracking shows the item was arrived at scarborough and out for delivery forever. just wondering anyone knows where is the scarborough office located? phone no.?

the reason i am asking is that there are so many canada post offices in scar., i am not sure which one should I go.

They deliver it to your door, and if your not there you will get a slip left in your mailbox or on your door that will tell you when and where you can pick it up since you weren't home when they tried to deliver it.

You should probably call canada post, they are supposed to leave a pick up slip for you at your door if you are not home during the delivery. Although I don't know why it would still say "out for delivery" for 5 days. It would usually say that it went to a depot for pick up.

I know I should receive a delivery notice or slip for pick up information.

However, I didn't get it, that's the reason why I am asking here to see if anyone has pick up the item from this "scarborough" office location.


Canada post phone support is closed today, I am trying to see if I can go to the post office to pick up today instead of Monday.

I ordered the GPS and I hope I can get it today cause TMR I am going out for a trip to niagara!

Just a warning, I bought a digital camera from Best Buy and it was shipped to me last week... it wasn't shipped requiring a signature. Canada Post just dropped it by my front door out in the open. (I didn't upgrade to express shipping, though). Talk about asking for theft!

companies doing that are just asking for trouble, I find this practice unbelievable... and there are many!
