best cash back credit card to get? (ontario)
So i've just started with good credit again and i've got a cc with my td bank and a loc and car loan and a brick card. I want to get one more cc tho and hopefully it be a cash back card.
I have a feeling I wont get approved but currently my cc limit is 500, brick card is 1,500 and loc is 2k and car loan is 17k. my income in 50k.
Who should I apply to (online and instant approval hopefully) and with the best cash back rates? I'd like to try for a limit of 1k but i've got my doubts i'll get one.
Thanks in advance

We have so many of similar threads asking the same question: "What's the best credit card".
If you used the search function, you'll probably be amazed at the insights you will find far more than what you will probably see here.
MBNA SmartCash Platinum probably offers the best cash back at the moment. 5% for Grocery and Gas (first six months, then 3%) and 1% for everything else. CapitalOne Aspire One provides 1.5% cash back on everything you buy or 2% for travel (tiered redemption applies)
If you have a relatively low credit score, I would just first try with the SmartCash. Apply through GCR for additional rebates.

+1 without any other considerations.

I came here to say the same thing. MBNA Smart Cash Platinum. Don't have one myself, but have been lurking on RFD long enough to know it is the CC of choice here.

+2. There's a HUGE thread about the SmartCash card. I've had it now for over a year and I've received $250 cash back (MBNA mails you $50 cheques once you reach this threshold). I mostly use it for gas and groceries.
Good luck.

We really need a sticky for "what is the best CC to get?" and "does cancelling my cc hurt my credit score".
