How does that help me if they don't ship outside the USA?

I checked out the site. I see it has a shipping calculator. That doesn't include any duty/fees at the border, correct?

Technically ...
Everyone is assessed Duty & Taxes at the Border (Cuz it’s a legal issue)
Couriers & Freight Forwarders just include it in their costs
Often under the heading ... SHIPPING / FREIGHT or BROKERAGE
But it will be there somewhere ... in some way
Either rolled into the lump sum
Or broken out by line item

It’s sort of the cost of doing biz / convenience

Want to pay less
Then clear it thru Canada Customs yourself
Cheapest way to do that ...
Is using a US Border Town Parcel Drop Service
And going to do the pick up yourself

Usually I order online, get it shipped to the nearest kinek location and pickup. This time I can't make it there tho. Too much going on.

With shipito I have no problem paying say $50 shipping, but then I see $7 customs declaration fee. Ok that is fine.. but then what if it gets to my door and I owe an extra $80 or something. I just want something where I know what I'm paying. Otherwise maybe it's just a better price in the long run if I buy the item here.

What a headache. I like it better when you buy on Amazon they say shipping is this much, duty is this much and your good to go. Sometimes you even get a refund on duty charges.

You fill out the declaration form yourself with shipito and choose the shipping method. Up to you to decide how you handle it.

I bought some EasyStore drives from BestBuy and my uncle who drives a transport truck is going to pickup at his hotel next week because BestBuy says they don’t ship to any known mail forwarders. Has anybody been successful with one for BestBuy. Too late for this order but good to know
