To waterloo residents what is the best isp in the region? My main concern is bittorrent speeds, I'm used to getting atleasr 500-600kbps on an average download. I've heard that most isps in ontario throttle bittorrent. So what Isp would you recommend in Waterloo?

ive been with execulink.com since early 2000 when they were golden triangle.
i get around 4.4MBPS connection.
I pay around 34/month w.tax with a free newsgroup access but its only goes 80KB/sec but its free! Reply With Quote
