IIRC either SDM or Rexall have Centrum vitamins on sale this week for $8.99. If "best for the price" is the issue, then the generics sold at WalMart, Loblaws, etc. are just as good and often on sale for even less.
One more thing, the manufacturers often have sales where specially-marked packages contain an extra 20% tablets. The box carries the same UPC as the regular size. Sometimes you can find those boxes mixed with the regular packages (of 100 or 60) so that you can get the extra quantity even at the sale price.
And always remember to check the expiration date on the box to get the newest inventory (and more importantly, avoid getting expired, or about to expire, inventory.)_______________

Care to elaborate.
Perhaps a scientific study or two that compares "mass-marketed crap" to something "remotely natural." Try to resist citing tin-foil hat wearing bloggers and/or naturapathetic/homeopathetic "doctors" and stick to double-blind studies published in recognized, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Thank you._______________

Aor
i recommend AOR multi basics. you can buy it in kensington market sugar and spice. its 3 a day but you can easily take 2 a day because it offers 100% of your daily RDIs or more so you should still be ok with getting at least 1/3 of your nutrients from food.
