Which water heater would you recommend? I've cycled through both HD and Lowes for water heaters and I've concluded through Googling up guides and trusted brands that a 12 year warranty is a good indication of a quality water heater and Energy Star heaters are the way to go to save on energy.
My budget is $1600 incl. installation costs. I'm considering a tankless Jacuzzi-brand (it's an italian brand!) 7.5GPM water heater or the more expensive 9.4GPM water heater. At the moment I'm not even sure if it's available in Canada yet but the Lowes.com mobile site says it is at my local store.
Here are the water heaters I am considering. Which would be more suitable for my townhome w/ 4-5 people?
http://www.lowes.com/pd_364950-35419...&facetInfo=Yes $895
http://www.lowes.com/pd_373118-35419...&facetInfo=Yes $1279
http://www.lowes.com/pd_333595-135-N...&facetInfo=Yes $649
Also, which professional would be able to the best job without ripping me off?
Thanks in advance.

4-5 people in Scarborough? I would not necessarily recommend a 7.5 gpm model. As for Jacuzzi, who makes them? I assume it's not Jacuzzi. Is it Rinnai? If so, they may be decent, but you should still pay a fully qualified installer. I suspect Lowe's will have a list.

I would only consider a tankless since this model is considerably cheaper then a rinnai.
I might as well get a tank and save money since I only have a furnace connected to the gas line and I pay delivery on that so its a waste to not use my line.
So what do you think? Tank is the way to go?
