Best overall hair salon in the GTA?

Let's exclude the specialty salons that cater to one racial group. I am looking for a place with staff that is particularly skilled at doing layers and matching the shape of your face, stature, etc. with the perfect cut. I've been going to mall salons for a long time, just out of laziness, so I don't know who's good out there.
My own hair is coarse and frizzy (caucasian) with weak waves and general shapelessness if I don't blow dry it.
Anyone got suggestions?

I think it really depends on your race and how much you are willing to pay. But since you are caucasian, you definately should not be going to an asian place.

I don't see why a Asian place wouldn't be good for him, except his hair type. I'm white and I go to a Japanese hair stylist. But I have thick, straight hair..
