best place for to get brakes done in National Capital Region?

Any recommendations for reliable and affordable place to get brakes done on toyota vehicles in the National Capital Region?

Went by the gas station at Riverside and Bank St, the station just re-opened, price on the sign states Brakes - $25, Labour $40, Oil Change $19.95. Possibly the $25 is for the labour, per axle (front or back) plus parts.

If you go to any brake shop or CT, good luck if you get out for under $300 or so.

Other than that I'm no help, I've always done my own brakes.
