Best Seafood Risotto?
The best seafood risotto I've ever had was at JP's Oyster in Richmond Hill's Parkway area. That place isnt there anymore. It was a seafood risotto with a creamy sauce to it..yum
Any places in the 416/905 that can make crazy good seafood risotto?

Yep, making it home is pretty easy.
This is one I prefer-

Personally I enjoy seafood too much to limit myself to putting in one type of seafood in my dishes. I just love putting in a mix and enjoying all the different nuances.

Avoid Milestones. Their risotto is tasty but as tiny as an appetizer for $19.99!
I complained to the manager and got a discount on the bill. (Note: The small risotto was not the only issue we complained about.)

There are countless variations...
One of our favourite is actually based on one from a Jamie Oliver cookbook: Shrimp, pea and lemon. For colour we add a little saffron to the stock and it so it ends up a bright yellow, pink and green with a wonderful flavour. We also add in a white fish (what ever is on sale). The kids inhale it in either case.
Probably one of our favourite risotto only topped by one with portobello, pistachio, arugula and truffle...again kids inhale it.

Hmmm, your description of the last risotto recipe sounds amazing!
Where can I find the recipe for this dish?
