@mobifree I ordered an unlock code from your site, which I received and tried. It didn't work the first time and following your instructions I contacted you via the form on your website, followed up by email twice, tried WhatsApp, pm'd you on this forum. I have had no response from you over the course of a week. Please address my concern immediately. Can you understand my frustration with your service?

Hey,
I'm not sure what happened there.
Let me look into it for you.
Sent you a PM.

I wouldn't recommend mobifree at all. They couldn't unlock my Koodo G5 and now I'm still waiting to have my money refunded.
Isn't it great to live in the 21st century where deleting history has become more important than making it.

hit refresh and my unlock code was there!
worked fine first try
website says 2 minutes after paying but I swear it was more like 30 seconds.

Samsungs that are locked to Bell are $10.50 CAD to unlock, or $15.50 CAD to unlock from other carriers on eBay. I don't see this price dropping between now and December 1st. As of December 1st, you'll get the unlock codes from carriers at no cost, so any non-urgent unlocking should wait until then.

Any phones I grab starting this fall, won't be buying unlock codes for them anymore.

@mobifree It has been several days since I PMd you the information you asked for. The PM shows as having been read but I am still waiting on a response. I also emailed you again just in case but no response on that either. I want the phone unlocked but wow, this is exasperating!
