Best Socket 754 MOBO? Running A64 3200

Was wondering whats the best motherboard for S754?
i am going to be running a 3200.

Am looking at a DFI Lanparty UT3 NF3
and a
MSI K8T NEO-FIS2R

I plan to overclock a bit.

DFI hands down.

MSI is nice, but DFI is so much better.

I have the MSI you are referring to. I like it, solid board ad good overclocker for the 3000+ A64 I have. But from the reviews I read and the evidence of PCI/AGP lock that the DFI has because it is based on the nVidia chipset, I would have to say go with the DFI!

The max stable OC I get with my MSI + 3000+ is 225MHz...Thats with some jacked up volts going to both ram and CPU. The DFI has crazy volt options too...Much higher than the MSI has.

Go DFI! Go AMD! ahaha
