Well this is a rather long story. I will keep it as short as possible.

Almost a month ago, aZnDeViLbOi was selling enterprise editions of Office 2007 which he said he acquired through his dad's work. After prompting me for quick payment as "they were selling fast", I payed through paypal and awaited shipping confirmation. None came.

After a weekend of pestering, I got a reply saying that the discs were damaged during shipping, but he could sell me a "backup" I requested my money back, he countered with a lower price on the backup disc. I argued I was paying for an original, unused CD and key. He disappeared for a week.

I opened a claim through Paypal which eventually made him surface only to ask that I remove the claim from his account, and then he would refund me the money. I don't think so buddy. So the claim is still open, and no further response has come to my attempts to communicate through Paypal's Resolution center, MSN or PM.

If nothing else, this should serve as an awakener to anyone who, like me, has become a little too comfortable in trusting people selling stuff after numerous good transactions. Rest assured aZnDeViLbOi, I WILL get my money back, just a shame you were such a waste of time and so full of lies.

Why bother with a dispute? Just file the claim and get your money back.

I have already filed a claim, and left negative heat. Not surprisingly, it's the first time someone's left feedback for him.

Apparently this post or the heat caught his attention. He sent this via MSN, and disappeared, not responding to my reply right after.

At this point I just want my money back. The legitimacy of the CDs is clearly in question. Anyway, we'll see how this plays out. The sooner it's resolved, the better.

I bet he was trying to sell a corp CD-KEY. The freaking noob must have thought that each copy of Office for enterprises come with unique CD-Keys.
