Beware of this guy: Synn
He call me and said interested on my laptop, we both agree to meet at Hwy 7 and Leslie, wait for more than an hour and half over there, no show up then I call him, he pick up phone and said he's 10 mins away, then I wait for another hour and half, keep calling him, but never pick up the phone agian. Don't understand why people behave like this? it's worst of the worst, he said he's driving a BLACK HUMMER, so, beware of this guy, never deal with him AGAIN!

He didn't scam you, except wasting your time. Buyer could be termed as an unreliable but not as a scammer yet.

I agree, if he didn't want it the buyer should've emailed him before the meet to call it off. Having the guy wait for up to 3 hours was not the most honorable way to terminate a deal. Especially since the guy with the notebook had to get everything ready for the pending sale.

Unless you already know he/she is reliable, PICKUP ONLY. Don't go out of your way to make a sale. I was stood-up a good dozen times before I learned that lesson.

Buyers sometimes change their minds. Your laptop had Bluetooth and maybe he wants a cheaper model? "No Shows" are RFD trading hazzards.

na, this is defintly a type of behaviour that warrats to be placed on Do Not Trade List.
Sometimes, there are circumstances, but no explanation offered is simply a no go.
