Beware of the Hammer Phone-Celo Company-Greg

I purchased a Ricochet phone at this website http://www.celocompany.com/. This came off a post I saw in the BST Cellphones. The Company offered a 30 day money back guarantee which has now disappeared from its website. They have refused to answer my emails and other contact. The website has no address for the company. There is no address for the company on their PayPal invoices. There is no way to get them to honor the so called two year warranty on their phone if there is no way to reach them. At least the phone works and hopefully someone will want to purchase it. It is a decent phone.

Anyway, OT, I did a bit of research last night, seems there are a handful of people with similar issues, will post links once I find them again, damn firefox crashed on me before I could bookmark them. It might lead somewhere.

Or, you can get in touch with JAC and try to get the information off him again and then give them a call and try to settle things that way.

The point is that the party did not live up to their commitment. Period. So I would again ask that anyone posting here have something constructive to say or not bother.
