Beware - Scammer - "yummybar" - Sells Fake Monster Beats Advertised as Real/Authentic
Based on this thread, I contacted "yummybar" and asked him if the Monster Studio Beats headphones were indeed authentic. He said they were. I met his brother and purchased them from him yesterday (Sun. Jan. 29, 2012).
Given that they were "BNIB", I couldn't verify if the headphones were fake until the sale was completed and his brother was gone. Tried contacting him explaining that they headphones were fake and haven't gotten a reply back (surprise, surprise).
The only contact information that I have is his email address: locsolutions@live.com
Given that "yummybar" has been an RFD member since Jan. 2010 with 60+ posts and a BST feedback, I didn't expect any issues.
At this point, I just want my money back. I would even give him $20 for "his" trouble but alas, I haven't heard anything back.
I, personally, have over 50 positive feedbacks at RFD and haven't gotten burned here or other BST sites until now. So, I'm "just a little pissed off".
Anyway, I'm hoping this post smokes him out and he comes clean. I'll give it a couple of days for him to potentially come out of his hole before I leave negative feedback on his account. He can explain to others why he has negative feedback or go through the trouble of creating another account._______________

Why are alleged scammers permanently banned here without any due process? Guilty until proven innocent? No evidence has been given by the OP, yet an Admin decides to ban the alleged scammer.
Seriously? 60+ posts and one feedback made you presume he can't be a scammer? LOL.Given that "yummybar" has been an RFD member since Jan. 2010 with 60+ posts and a BST feedback, I didn't expect any issues.Last edited by Joshray; Feb 4th, 2012 at 09:38 AM.

Sorry I didnt update this thread sooner. I was away on business and was hoping that I would get contacted. As I expected, he didn't contact me back.
Anyway, I've moved on from the experience. I'll just try and be a bit more discerning the next time of who I deal with. After >50 positive feedbacks, perhaps I was just playing the numbers and eventually I got burned.
Thanks to all concerned and the feedback left._______________

Too bad you're moving on. I'd press and try to get my money back if I were you. Scammers should never be let off scotch free. Goto his house and confront him face to face.
Mods - Make sure to permanatly ban spicykimchi00 as well and make sure that he doesn't try to ban evade.
