Check the history of the lawsuits for transmission problems. This is the second lawsuit. Although it covers up to 2009. I know it affects 2010. They haven't fixed the problem yet for 2010 despite the software updates that were supposed to. Not sure if transmission , torque converter has been changed for 2011.

Is this a good way to buy certified used vehicles with balance of factory warranty? Is it as easy as calling the manufacturer, giving them the VIN and inquiring if extended warranty can be purchased? Thanks TransDeal.
