So after The first pm, the salesman from the other dealership called me back and said he'd throw in rims for the winter tires, and the electronic pressure gage for free. So I pm'd again, which really pissed off the salesman I was dealing with, he told me that if I wanted to do underhanded business like that I could talk to the manager to get my deposit back.
He called back, 5 minutes later, saying that fine, he'd throw in the toys.
So in the end, 27,818 all tax/freight included for the 2008 CRV LX 4WD with extra rims and electronic pressure gage included. Damn I'm glad I waited till now to buy!

Don't take anything , no extended warranty, life, accident insurance, no honda rust proof too ... all cars leaving from factory, the car is already had manufacture rust protection (the manufacture rust protection is very good already). So all car will be good for for several years (at least 10 years), but don't forget to wash your car at least twice during the winter (because salt is no good for the car).

How much deposit did you put down? You might have to walk away from it. But no respectable dealership would keep your deposit if you don't take the car. I really don't see why they won't let you out of the contract. Those guys are pretty big pricks if you ask me.
My friend had buyer's remorse after buying an Escalade last year. He went back to Cadillac, and they gave him his deposit back no problem. A couple months later he went back and got an STS instead. I know that technically they can keep your deposit, but that is just bad business.
Also you can do rust proofing at many body shops for around $100. All dealerships overcharge for their protection packages.

i think by law u have 5 or 10 business days to revoke a deal ..
when i bought my car last year he told me i could return my car after 30days if i wanted.... maybe it was just that dealership

Where can i do rust proof my cr-v?
Take it to Krown every second year. $100 per visit. I have done that for my 2002 Ford Escape and it is still perfect - no rust anywhere after 8 winters counting this one.
I live in Northern Ontario - we see our share of salt on the roads.

Honda salesman said, honda rust proof is the best and they only charge
$799+ tax for life time for the car.Take my car for inspection every 2 year free of charge.
The accounting lady redused my bi-weekly payment from $224.31 to $197.xx
She said, i can pay any extra amount any time to royal bank.
I'm going to the dealership now to adjust the contract.

Don't PO the wife. 2003 with 55000km is realy good. I would have stuck with that. Try a 2000 Civic with 230,000 km. Been thinking about the HYyundai's myself. I love Honda but the Hyundai's are the best deal right now.

The reason why i buy new 2008 CR-V is $7000 discount.
Otherwise i still keep drive my 2003 cr-v.
