bikes in toronto

Hey, im spending the summer in toronto and i want to buy a bike, my friend was telling me that there is a place that sells bikes for $130 and they will definitely buy the bike from you for $100. the only problem is that my friend cant remember the name of the place so does anyone know this place or of any shop that sells good cheap bikes?

I'm not sure where you can get a decent bike for that price but there is bikeshare. Last I heard they are selling off some of their bikes cuz they're not running the program anymore but there is some conflicting information on their website. Maybe contact them? I even heard they are selling some of their bikes.
