You know the economy is bad when people are scamming others for $40 mathematical instruments.

bilker
This guy, HarisQ, posted a thread to sell his ti-83 and I paid him in full amount $40 instantly;however, one month passed and have not received any **** from him.

$30- ti 83
$10- shipping fee
I paid in full amount one month ago; two weeks later after I paid the money by paypal, I still haven't received the item. SO i asked him that is there a problem because of delay or what, he told me he was extremely busy and will send out the ti-83 that week ( the week i had sent him the pm).
Today I have received NOTHING FROM HIM!
i sent him a few pms two weeks ago and he never replies again. I checked his profile. He logged in his account but he ignored my pms for sure.

I'm pretty sure with PayPal you have buyer protection.
Try to file a claim?

Sorry for the late reply. I was really busy.
I don't have any information about him.
I paid him the $40 because he has a 10 positive feedback that makes me feel that the transaction will not have any problem.
Now I understand feedback doesn't reflect anything.
I try to open a case on the paypal website;however, due to no receipt and other reasons, my case isn't eligible for the claim.
Curse that HarisQ!
???????

^ I'm not going to lie, if you honestly did not get any information about him at all, don't take it the wrong way... but you sort of deserved it especially considering this was done via EMT...
I don't know what JAC wants but I'm sure an e-mail would do to say the least.
