As far as I know, you can get a free all you can eat buffet meal at Tucker's Market. Plus a birthday cake slice with a candle.

Botanica located in Citadel Inn in Halifax NS will give you a free entree. I found a friend who has the same birthday and we go together. What a great feeling when the waitress comes over and says " Sorry but there's no bill".

i got a free blockbuster rewards upgrade coupon from my school a while ago (sorry forgot to post), when you're a rewards member you get a free rental on your bday.

also i believe fogg n suds in vancouver will give you a free meal, and there are 3 of them so i guess you can get a whole days worth of food. i forgot to try though.

KFC should have all you can eat chicken on your birthday followed by a free trip to the hospital for a free coronary bypass!!

I used to do the birthday trip around the city and get my free stuff.

Burger Baron you get a free burger and drink.

Rogers you get a free rental

Video Express you get a free rental.

And if you drink the bars usually give you a free drink.

Didnt do it last year because I was sick, but before that I did it for about 5 years. Dont know if some of them are still valid.

The Bar/Restuarant Smiling Jacks offers a free entree from their menu. Great place for wings. There's one in Scarborough at Markham and Lawarance, and another at yonge and finch i think.
