I couldn't find anything on their website and I've never had to change my location.

I'm thinking that you could unsubscribe to the program and then sign up again, possibly with another email address.

They do have a section in their Contact Us online form under the Subject field for Booster Nation. Perhaps try sending them the question and see what they say. Contact link found here: http://boosterjuice.com/contact
They changed their format.
Now they don't put the location restriction.
And it is within 6 months of your birthday. Yes, 6 MONTHS!
I haven't redeem it yet...was too busy with other stuff.

Didn't receive a free Hero burger despite sign up, so not sure if that's no longer offered

Starbucks free drink - you will only qualify for this if you've bought a drink on that card in the last 12 months. If you used another card or not one at all, then its like you weren't their customer in the past year and you won't get your free birthday drink added to the account :( Starbucks customer service verified this for me when I didn't receive mine

I'm not sure that I bought a drink this year with the card but I did food! Look forward to my treat next month. The croissants are so worthy of enjoyment.

@AdamKing , can I ask that you update the OP's title to replace 2015-2016 with 2017? Thanks.

Members of The Simons reward program can get double the points on their largest purchase made in their birthday month. January is my month but do not know if I'll be at the store to take advantage of the offer.

I can also confirm that Tucker's in Ottawa also offers a free meal on your birthday. ID is required.
I can confirm, this is still valid as of Nov 2016 in Ottawa. I thought I forgot my DL and waitress took my Facebook as proof for my birthday. YMMV though. Later I did find my DL in another pocket.

118 Dundas W, 2nd Floor - Above Spadina Garden (not be confused with Trapped which is in Markham)

I did the Diamond Heist one on my birthday and had a lot of fun :)

Wanted to add one for those who live in BC - you can get a FREE lift ticket on your birthday at Cypress Mountain. (up to $60+ value!)

Ski for free on your birthday!

Prior to purchasing your lift ticket show your ID at the ticket window for a FREE lift ticket on your birthday! Valid for personal use only. Non-transferable to another date and already purchased tickets are non-refundable.

We went up on my birthday, just show your ID at the ticket counter and they'll get you a free one, fast and easy. Plus the snow right now is amazing! Just make sure you go early if you're to go. The road & parking gets very busy early.

Name: Booster Juice (2015 Oct)
Description: Sign-up for Booster Nation online and receive a free regular size (710 ml) smoothie. Print the email that is sent on your birthday. Valid Govt issued ID may be required. Coupon is valid for 7 days including the day of your birthday and redeemable only at the location submitted on sign-up.

How do you change the location from the time we signed up.
I moved from Mississauga to Markham and won't be going back to Sauga for a smoothie. lol
They changed this so it's a code that can be used at any location

What did you sign up for-the store newsletter or the Holt Icon program? The Icon program only mentions depending on membership tier for current card year, benefits will relate to tier-which is based on your purchases. But there is no mention of a birthday freebie in the program rules. http://www.holtrenfrew.com/store/holt/p ... conditions
