The LD ripoffs are crap.. friend of mine had to buy and return four before he got a good working model.

Then it turns out to tbe same frequency as mine

I've got the Tomy Pennzoil R34, it's cool, but its range is too short.

Heh, yeah i bought 2 a while back, both are now in pieces cause they are crappy knockoffs. All the wires came unstuck cause of the shoddy wiring, I soldered them back, but they came undone again, and the ones in the remote came undone as well.
Lesson learned Plus the charging mechanism is not that great on them. I'd rather get a bigger Xmod car now, it will be easier to fix

yeah im looking for cool bodies like supras, pull back cars, etc.. whatevers.

as long as you are careful with these little things they seem to be alright, i got one thats pretty friggin fast now.. so it makes it a bit of a challenge to control.. plus it also got that neato turbo-button feature. 120mah battery, 3.8 motor, great tires etc etc!!

yeah, xmod/iwaver/mini-z... i am sooooo itching to get one of these BAD.. BUT, i am holding off cuz i know it will be an insane money pit....
