I just called 2 EB's (Stockyards & Eaton Centre), and they said their not getting any more LE's, and that they didn't even receive enough to cover their preorders...

Forgot to mention that 2 stores told me the regular edition is pushed back until the 28-29th, so doesn't that mean we have almost the whole month to get the LE?

Is EB the only store to get the LE? Has anyone spotted them at FS,BB,WM?

I just went to EB@woodside. I was preordering some games and then I saw a bunch of LE ones PS3/360. I asked him if they were on sale and he said they were preordered but could sell them at certain point.

I talked to both EBs in Sherwood Park (pretty much Edmonton) and both told me the release is pushed back to end of the month... and they seem uncertain whether we will see the LE.

I'm sick of being screwed for this kind of thing... I may just forget this game till I can find it used. If publishers don't consider the Canadian market important enough to warrant ample supply, then I don't consider their efforts worthy of any money from me. I'm loathed to even give any money to EB... maybe RFDers should just set up some sort of game trading ring or something...

Yep.. Edmonton EB's have no clue wtf they are saying, other places are getting it in stock now (regina) being closest so far. If they go as far as even trying to gut my version whenever I get it, hell will break loose at the store.

So far, I went to 2 EB's, Best Buy, FutureShop and Toys R Us. Only EB has it in their systems and people who didn't pre-order early wont get their copy. For me, I pre-ordered late, and the clerk said I would probably have to wait for another shipment since the pre-order list was huge.

EB really sucks for limited smaller releases. I lucked out by pre-order my PS3 copy from videogamesplus.ca mid June. The game is on its way, i saved $2 by not having to pay PST and won't have to deal with EB possibly not having enough copies to cover their pre-orders.
