Since the issue is now well doc. You guys can submit your cases under "MISSING/WRONG/DAMAGED FORM" instead of calling.

Alright called in and they said its now a known issue and they are offering $50 credit or a return.

I ordered thru business side so call was answered in like 1min. makes it an even better deal for me, mom won't even use 100gb, so the 50 credit worked out great.

Well tonight was easier to get to business customer CSR ..(less than 5 min wait) and was told this is a known error to them , blaming promotion guys for wrong specs.
I settled for the $50 refund as I did not want to send the laptop back as it was already set up with a copy of Win 8. I tried to wrangle a portable hard drive from em but CSR said he was only given 2 options . Now to find a 500gig portable hard drive for $50 as I heard this Vostro 's hard drive is not easy to change.
