Some blogs load from the top so it's easy to scroll and everything seems fast. However on my blog Images load at random. It starts from the top for a bit then other images start to load and sometimes I have to wait like 1-2 minutes before the images I NEED are all loaded up.
What is causing it? Any workaround? It's a WordPress blog

I think your browser is loading them synonymously and your "top" images are bigger files that take longer to load

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

Yep, I think it's a browser problem too.

I use firefox. All images are 800pix wide. If it's a browser problem then why would most sites I visit do not show this issue?

I think it's always random. The images are sent in no particular order, travel to you in no order, and it's just chance how you receive them. Usually it's so fast you don't notice, but if it's a really long page you'll see images popping in the browser at random points. Also depends on what's already in various caches, what's more efficient for the browser, etc. My opinion anyway.
