blue back lettering in windows

Hi im using windws vista and lately ive been getting this light blue background lettering on my screen that comes and goes. It's an Asus g50vt laptop. Cant take a screenshot because when I do it doesn't show for some reason. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Does visiting a site like redflag, show any ghosting after you've left?

I suspect you're looking at LCD latency of your actual screen (that's why it doesn't show on a grab).

yea sometimes it shows on rfd. what can i do about it? is it a driver issue?

It's the LCD material itself... there is a life span and by the sounds of it, you're getting toward the end.
