I am receiving the following problem my toshiba laptop recieves the following error when trying to use my blue tooth earpiece with the USB reciever.
"Windows cannot store Bluetooth link keys on the local transceiver because it cannot determine whether proper security is enabled for the device." I have looked all over trying to find a solution and cannto find anything, windows says not to worry about it , however the reciever will not pick up my bluetooth ear piece.
