bluetooth cell phone question

Can't find a Cell phone sub forum on RFD so i'm gonna post this here.

A friend of mine came to me and asked how to transfer files from one phone to another. Each of the phone can detect the other one but keeps asking for a PIN.

The two phones are:
1) Motorola E815
2) LG 635

Question: How can you find out the PIN to transfer the file?
