Geez, I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head with the items you've already listed.
Personally the top 2 items would be reception and battery life.

What should I be careful when I buy a bluetooth headset?

I"ve used a Jabra BT 200 + 250 + 800 and a Bluespoon I like my bluespoon the best out of all of them. Small and fits snug, decent reception and battery life is pretty good too
