timing does not do you guys any favor too as it is the start of driving/cruising season. I would say the better time to shop for the M car would be Dec - Feb.

Dealers, especially the big groups, are not listing these cars for sale during that time. They wait until April to sell for trades and auction buys (on anything they get from December for example).

I don't believe the price is for a CPO (extended warranty) car. Dealer is selling it "as is" and at $45K, you probably have about $3,000 negotiation room to make the dealer to come down to. $42K + taxes + license would be my fair #. I am sure you will need new tires fairly soon too (assuming dealer has not replaced them)
Thanks!

Ontario prices are terrible and dealers aren't negotiating much as there is huge demand for these cars (except for weird colors like yellow or Yasmina blue).
You might get 3K off if you're lucky. Out here in Ontario, clean examples sell in a week or less (I lost out on a beautiful tanzanite 2015 in 3 days that went for full price).
It's almost worth ordering new, except you have to wait and have to pay Freight + PDI.
Yeah I talked to the Calgary BMW with their 2015 M4 Cabrio with exec and premium packages and carbon trim. 3500km it has. Listed for $84,000. I'm going to try to shoot for 80k. They said good luck trying to get like 5k off (I was comparing it to one listed in Edmonton for 79k).

Almost want to just order a boxster S instead then if they won't budge much on price. It's about 86-87K with the options I like. It's just hard to DD one here in Alberta and both places I have only have 1 parking stall each.

I would imagine 4 hrs but in reality, probably 1.5 -2 hrs should be sufficient

I would imagine the Cdn pricing for the kit alone would be around $3-4000 for the LCI . If this is the price, then it's not really worth the $ ... by the time you factor in the labor and taxes. Way too much $.

For example, Pre LCI - the two parts together combined for MSRP of $3600.

For a M3 or 4?

Crazy either way. Would rather have a 911 *wink*

Get the boxster if you don't need the room. It's a better car and will hold value better too. IB4 magazine test drivers comparing performance numbers!

I test drove one here. You definitely feel the lighter weight in the corners. Fun little thing. With PDK 0-100 comes in about 4.2-4.3s. Just hard to make practical.

With some options though and tax you're quickly at the $100K mark.

Sounds a bit like a subie until you're at higher revs. And it's a flat 4 not a 6 anymore after all.
