Having M for SUVs (er, SAVs, whatever) is just LAME-O, in addition to other sins of the now laughable M division, smacking M on anything and everything. What's next, M toilet paper?

Anybody buy a 2018 X3 30i yet? What discounts were you able to get? I was offered a 2300 discount for a factory order to be delivered in January.

PM @metallica68 .... he was supposed to have bought one a few weeks ago from TCBMW (with pretty good discount). But as you know, GTA dealers may be willing to play ball a bit more than where you are as based on your profile.

$1,500 savings card

Anyone get that in the mail,10% off parts and labor? Pretty much useless, right, not as if you can agree on a quote and then get additional 10% off?

Man, I hate these fake perks.

Look at the down payment, that's why the monthly is low.

I don't believe you can get a base car with no options at all to begin with ... unless it's special order.

Anyway, here is an example:

Base + Prem. Essential = $55,800 MSRP
Dec factory credit - $2,250
Target dealer side discount - 6.5% - $3,627
All fees rolled into the lease - approx. $3,000
24 months lease
1.9% rate
Residual - 67%
20,000km per year
$6800 down - as per your example

Projected monthly - $430 + taxes OTR // If $0 down, then the projected monthly - $723 + taxes OTR

Due on delivery - first month + security (1 month of lease incl. taxes - rounded up) + Down ($6800 + taxes) + license fee + PPSA + full tank of gas

So they offered me 5% off BUT I have to wait till Feb or even Mar 18 to get the car so wife prefer to wait rather putting a deposit down..

I will go back in Jan for the X3, very nice car though, its feel much bigger than the 17 X3 we did a test drive and love it so far

^ what discount did you manage to get ?

there is a $1000 Dec factory credit going on now. If you can squeeze like 6% off from the dealer side on top of, then you are getting a decent deal

$1000 + 6% off from dealer off the MSRP $44609 (current Car Cost Canada price with Premium package) wouldnt that put the dealer below cost?

They told they need to make at least 3% margin which is why ther offered 46k
