not sure how often they respond to email. Better call so you can ask all kinds of questions.

That's not cheap then.

May be piggyback is sufficient for a little power bump up.

Hmm ... you can .. they just want to maximize the ecu tune effect. Otherwise, it would be the typical "recommend" ... rather than it's "required" ....

Anyone have a 2015 X3 28d (diesel)? Looking at one at a dealership. Thoughts?
Thanks

I have a 2015. At 77K now. Had no issues till now. Took it in for a CIL and after 3 tries they figured out it was the intake manifold. It is getting fixed under warranty but it has been at the dealership for 3 weeks. Rental car was provided. Not sure if this is a common issue or just my bad luck.

Other than that it has been great. Great highway mileage as I drive highway mostly.

Ok seems I am done with my questions - well almost. Did anyone transfer out their existing lease through the dealer while picking up a new one? I I am planning to transfer out my existing one if I pick a new one.

I can also do it individually over sites like lease buster - but inclined towards avoiding the time and hassle.

TIA

What should one reasonably expect?
I always hear that a BMW is expensive after the warranty. I get it, however, are they not reliable or just expensive or both!?
