Your claim of "will work with any carrier" is incorrect.
Wind/Mobilicity version of Nexus S wouldn't work on Bell/Telus network. Bell/Telus/Rogers version of Nexus S wouldn't work on Wind/Mobilicity network.

Partly true...
AWS version will be backwards compatible on the "Big Three", but only on 2G. The NON-AWS version will not work on wind/mobilicity at all.
I inquired about the original poster's phone, and it is the non-aws version for some of you that might be interested...(told OP to state that in his original post).
Cheers

No. Bell/Telus don't have GSM 2G. The AWS version will work only with the Big One (Rogers) on 2G.

I stand corrected. Thanks for the clarification.

OP has remained quiet courteous...
Please offer him a price in a pm if you deem his asking too high, no need for ridicule!
Its still an amazing phone and worth a few hundred good loonies.

Have to agree.. There's no need to ridicule someone just because they aren't as knowledgeable about the tech as someone else. That and there's no need to publicly lambast someone's price (after it's been dropped) as being too high. That's just plain thread crapping.

This is nothing related to the price. OP insisted to provide misleading information that his phone would "work with any carrier".
Please tell me who "publicly lambast someone's price" in this thread. I can't find any.
