Bought the Huggies Nappies on Prime Day

But apparently nappies expire - for (@*# sake, who knew?

Shall I sell them, and if so at what price, or should I just keep them for (3 years haha) and see if they still work?

No, they may have expiry dates. But that doesn't necessarily mean that they expire, i.e. can no longer be safely or effectively used.

The same applies with e.g. bottled water. They have expiry dates. But in practice an unopened bottle that's stored in a dark, cool, dry location will remain potable for years if not decades.

IOW it's a marketing gimmick that intended to have you dispose of perfectly good stuff and spend money to buy more of it.

Google, for one: https://www.google.ca/search?q=do%20diapers%20expire%3F

If you leave them sealed in package you should be good. They start to yellow a bit if opened.
