Typically the sales will be much better in Feb then boxing day. A lot of stores play games with clothes on boxing day, eg Every year Tip Top will put up huge "1/2 off everything boxing day only!', except a) It's half off the "White" price sticker, not the sticker that has been on almost everything for weeks or longer, meaning the real savings on boxing day are minimal, and b) the day after boxing day they change the sign to 'boxing day sale continues, limited time!", which continues for days as tehy know they'll have to mark it down more as spring approaches. Clothing being one of themost returned items anytime, far more so gifts bought for someone else, they don't want to encourage it further by letting you see you could immediatly return your Xmas gift and get 2-3 of the same thing.

Ya, I'd like to see some clothing sales for guys and chicks for boxing week/day for the Vancouver area or chain wide! Since I'm in Vancouver for Christmas, I'd like to make it worthwhile!

Zara's the place
If you want to pick up some high quality fashionable merchandise, Zara has their annual big sale on boxing day. They know how to mark down their stuff...

The best deal I could find on clothes today was at Jacob Jr. - 50% off everything, including sale merchandise. It is a girls clothing store, but their sizes go up to XXL which is equivalent to a ladies small, so got some great buys in there. Guess had 50% off of sale merchandise as well, so that was pretty good too.
