does anyone know a place in toronto that sells brembo rotors for cheap?
when i say cheap i don't mean like $100/rotor...
www.nopionline.com has them for like $20USD.. just that they don't ship them to canada...
www.coximport.com has them for around $30USD... but they don't seem to answer emails and such...
so.. was wondering if there's a place in toronto that sells them for around $50CDN or something

There is a place that I've heard called Nights (or Knights) Auto that sells them.
For that price they're probably Brembo Blanks.
What car is it for?_______________

yea... they are blanks... brembo doesn't make cross-drilled rotors for my car... but people do sell cross-drilled brembos. about $200USD for a set of 4 + shipping and all that good stuff
nights auto? is that the same guy as on ebay?
it's for a 98 celica

Forgive me, but what are "Brembo Blanks"? Meaning not slotted or cross drilled?
I always thought anything with the Brembo name on it was superliciously expensive so I'm thinking $200USD for a set of 4 new rotors is a steal as is.

Check out this link.. the guy is able to sell KVR rotors for $150 for cross drilled or slotted. Seems like a pretty alright deal. I know it says club el... but i'm sure he can get celica parts.. just that you might have to wait longer..

Brembo, while associated with performance brakes, also makes plain old oem replacements.
Brembo blanks are as close to oem as you can get (probably oem for a few manufacturers as well), probably about half the price of oem too. Anything below Brembo is just cheap chinese junk (see Monroe above), you can pick up the chinese rotors for $20 a piece at most jobbers (or at least last I checked).
Are you sure you have to replace them though? Have you checked if they cah be machined?

same way most "oem replacement" parts are garbage quality, what exactly is your point?
you get what you pay for

Bought some Brembo front and rear cross drilled from a place called NIghts auto in TO. about 240 for alll 4. Better than payign 100 a piece at the dealer. So far no probs, no warpage. etc.. Make sure you get the ones Made in Italy, there are Made in china Brembos...

As for cheap Brembo, search ebay.ca for brembo. there is only one guy(last check) from Canada and he is located in Scarb he sell it cheap and you can pickup from his shop. I believe the name is etopline or something like that.

I have bought my Brembos from Etopline as well. Original Brembos as promised and so far so good. They had very good prices for brake pads as well. Check on Ebay for their contact information.
