Suspect Description
English-speaking, broad-shouldered, bald white man in his 20s. He’s about five-foot-eight or five-foot-nine, clean-shaven, and was wearing jeans, running shoes and a blue hooded sweatshirt with small white lettering on the chest. He had been drinking and was carrying a plastic bag from Macy’s.

Under Islamic law, castration is completely prohibited, whether it be for punishment or self infliction.

In the times of the arabs (1400 years ago), men used to castrate themselves when they went out to very long journeys(months or years) and couldn't be sexually active. So instead of being frustrated because of not having sex (wife back at homeland), they used to castrate themselves.
