There's a place called Evershine near St. Michael's Hospital where you can rent a mailbox with a street address.

UPS stores do that too. There is also Telsec that charges an arm and a leg, they give you 1801-1 Yonge Street.

There is also Bay Street Video (yes, video, they do videos and DVDs in 2018). They have a really high rating if you check the reviews and they do mailboxes too:

4.9/5.0 rating, by DYOR.

Price wise, go with Evershine or Bay Street Video.

There are a huge number of mailbox rental options. Many small retail businesses like print shops offer this as a service at very competitive prices. You basically use a box number with the street address, but you can call the box number anything you want, like "Suite 123 - 9999 Main St.". Just keep in mind that these days anyone can go look at an address on Google Streetview.

Telsec does this. You get the 1 Yonge Street address, but you also get Suite 1801 or Unit 1801, same as every other customer.

OP, what are you going to do to ensure the service provider is legit.

Regus offers also only mail services but its way more expensive than Telsec. I see Telsec list their price at $30/mos while Regus would be closer to $170 (tax in) for First Canadian Place or BCE. They have other addresses which are cheaper but I doubt any of them are even within the Telsec rate so will definitely explore them in the future, thx AlphaStar.

Why don't you want to use your home address? Most small home based businesses do that now. No one cares.
