Has any one have experience with Buy.com Canada return policies? I got a RMA but could not print the prepaid label. Does this mean I have to pay for the shipping costs back to them? They sent me the wrong item but I am wary of not getting my shipping fees back.

The only return I have had with them I refused at the door so I didn't have the hassle. I had a heck of a time getting my money back from them, took over a month.

Buy.com does it's billing and administration work in the US and drop ships from Ingram Micro in Mississauga. This could be why it takes some time for billing issues to be resolved.
