Are you ok with the "engine shaking" problems?

I read their AWD system is basically 2WD (FF).

New Honda CRV owner here, i just picked it up last week.

Luckily for you, there are plenty SE models available at the dealership i went to so you may have better bargaining power. Most dealership are offering $500 above invoice pricing, I say start emailing around and offer $300 dollar above unhaggle invoice pricing.

SE invoice price: $27,798.00

Shoot them an offer of $27,798.00 Plus $300, and see what happens.

Why don't you buy RAV4?

Toyota reliability and build quality is better than Honda

I personally prefer the smooth and comfortable ride of RAV4

All your savings into a depreciating asset, this sounds smart

I suppose you walk . Dont bother to lease as well. That is $ in the toilet too (you pay and pay and you dont even own it at the end). Dont take public transit too. Why pay $ when you can walk or ride a bike. Dont buy appliances and electronics for your residence and personal day-to-day use. They are also depreciable assets too.
