Buying Used Iphone 3g

I am getting a good deal on one with the charger only, but what should i check with it before buying to make sure everything works?

- Not Stolen (rogers / fido can track them by IMEI)
- Check touch screen works (main icons on top / middle screen)
- Check Camera works
- check bottom touch screen works (you know where the phone / iPod icons are)
- No crackling in the speaker (make a test call and use earphone)
