The MBA isn't as hot as it seems, as it's hopelessly outdated:
The Apple MacBook Air Core i7 1.8 13" (Mid-2011/Thunderbolt) features a 32-nm Sandy Bridge 1.8 GHz Intel Core i7 processor (2677M) +Turbo Boost 2.0 with two independent processor cores on a single chip, a 4 MB shared level 3 cache, 4 GB of onboard 1333 MHz DDR3, 256 GB of flash storage, and an Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics processor with 384 MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with system memory.

I'd say that's the normal price it should be for 4 year old laptops. To qualify for "hot" there should be at least 20% discount on top of it.

not really, as it's extremely old and you can easily find latitudes with first-gen i5's (pre-sandy bridge) on kijiji for $100-$150.
Official Response from Dollarama Management:

Dollarama has a no exchange/no refund policy, and as a result, all sales are final. This information can be found on the screen of each check-out/point-of-sale in our stores as well as on each receipt.

exactly, and even if you do want one, don't pay more than $150 for it.

I haven't kept up to date on hardware but I desperately need a new laptop. I'd love a gaming one but I don't want to spend 2k. Can anyone who enjoys looking at laptops help me out on finding one? The source had a bunch of refurbished ones on sale. It's all foreign language to me now. My o it hope is to read these posts and hope knowledgeable people comment. Seems like these are passes.
