2 Basic Memberships + $10 Petro-Canada GC - $69 (Ontario only)

Deal Link:
Price:
56.67
Retailer:
CAA
I was looking for a CAA deal. I came across a post from 2016 and the Link is still live. The deal is actually better than original post Your text to link here...
You pay 66.67 for 1 year and two basic memberships are included.
Original deal was $77.97 but you save $10 if you sign up for auto-renew (just make sure to call before the auto renew if you want to cancel)
Also you get a Petro Card for $10 bringing the actual cost of the product to $56.67

Anyone who has a problem with my logic and say that the $10 petro card isn't as good as cash needs to get a life because I can just picture people saying what if you don't drive- then why would you get CAA?

CAA basic is useless.
only includes 10km towing. and they charge you for the distance above 10km. and i guarantee you that amount will be more than the $30 extra it takes to buy CAA Plus instead of Basic.

You don't need to drive to have a CAA membership. Discount attraction tickets or travel deals might make a membership worthwhile.

Yeah the link is right to South Central Ontario.

BC link is different:

www.bcaa.com

I have not come across any offers from BCAA.

Dude has been around for over 11 years and thinks this is the right way to start a thread....

Ignoring that, I actually appreciate people who post these kinds of deals. I wouldn't necessarily purchase this kind of thing, but when you become a couple sometimes you do things you wouldn't necessarily do...

in for 1 OP. Thank you. Comes with a primary membership + a family member which is perfect for my mom. If you select the CAA's Automatic Credit Card Renewal Program, you get an additional $10 off which works out to be $59+tax + $10 gas card, basically making it $50 for 2 memberships, which is awesome imo. Of course just have to remember to cancel the auto renewal at some point.

Price for basic membership is not worth it. Canadian Tire was once giving away their silver plan for free. CT's silver plan is very similiar to CAA's basic plan. If you want to use OP's logic, you would actually gain money since the silver deal comes with a free oil change coupon. But OP's logic is flawed; the petro card value can not be used to deduct from the total cost of the plan.

comparison of the Can Tire Silver and Gold vs. CAA basic. Keep in mind that this deal offers 2 basic memberships (Primary & Family member).
