Cable Listing

I have rogers cable right now but I don't have digital cable. I know digital cable has the function where you change the channel, in the bottom, it shows what show it is currently on. Now, me not having digital cable don't have it. However, is it possible to have a program installed on a computer which lists all the shows so that I don't need to channel surf with my tv?

I found some sites, but I prefer a program.
