Yes, there is a tv signal there. There is also a filter that will block all the channels. This must be removed....illegally. Guessing this thread will be locked soon.

Cable Signal
Hi there,
I'm currently hooked up with High Speed internet with Aurora Cable (now Rogers). I didn't subscribe to cable tv, just internet. My question is, having a signal coming into my home for internet, do I have the ability to pick up tv signals as well? Is there any TV coming thru the internet connection? Haven't tried hooking up a tv yet, so just asking first.
Thanks

Don't know about Rogers, but with Shaw, IIRC, if you order Internet-only service, they include basic analog cable. They just don't tell you about it.
Unfortunately, I can't confirm this because I've never ordered Internet-only service from Shaw.
