I'm guessing my choice is Rogers or Bell.

Any ideas/comments on getting a deal w/ either of these two companies?

I used Rogers in my old place, but recently moved and didn't "transfer my services". I'm wondering if I need to wait a certain number of days to qualify as a new customer.
