Caddle app issues

I had mentioned that caddle app keep refusing to approve receipts claiming that “cannot see anything on it” and it takes much more then 3 business days. Do they have any troubles and planning to close?
Planning to return and repurchase some staff to submit “ more visible “ receipts.

I haven't had any trouble, though I don't submit many receipts. The last one I did was maybe 2 weeks ago, an order from Amazon that didn't come with a packing slip. I took a screenshot of the delivery email, submitted it, and it was rejected of course. I emailed a reply with an explanation, and somebody read it and credited my account and replied back within 12 hours. No issues at all.
