You need to go in store to order, and for a big order(wedding ETC) they may ask you to pay something up front

Apparently if your flowers wilt within 10 days of purchase, then they will replace it free of charge.

Guys, the only flowers that are covered under the 10 day thing is a certain bouquet NOT everything.
